Deze week heb ik een paar slabjes op bestelling gemaakt: mijn moeder wilde er een aantal op voorraad hebben om als cadeau te kunnen geven. Deze keer heb ik het biais band geheel voorgeregen, het is wat werk maar dan wordt het resultaat toch echt veel mooier! Het rijgen heb ik lekker buiten gedaan, dus zo erg was het niet.
I made a couple of bibs this week. My mother asked me for this, to have a couple of bibs as a present in stock. This time I first baste the biais band by hand and than sew it with the machine. It takes a bit time, but the result is much better especially in the corners.
Voor ons zelf heb ik ook nog een verschoningsmatje genaaid voor in de luiertas. Het matje kan je opvouwen zodat het op een etui lijkt en biedt ook nog plaats aan luiers. Een heel simpel en snel projectje!
